When items are
in stock we aim to dispatch the order the following day. Next day
delivery is usually available in the metropolitan area of Brisbane.
Please allow 2-3 days for delivery when ordering to the Gold Coast,
Tweed Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich & Toowoomba.
Goods will be
dispatched either through our own delivery service, Australia Post
or independent couriers.
If the situation
arises to return a product, please contact us via phone & have
your invoice number (when appropriate), customer details & your
reason for return with you at the time of calling.
Deliveries to
outer suburbs, non metro areas, regional & country areas may
take 2-5 days (depending on location) to be delivered.
CGB would like
to advise that whilst we work closely with our Couriers, none of
us can dictate the weather!
In circumstances
where the weather interrupts delivery, we endeavor to deliver your
gift as soon as is humanly possible.
